Ingredients
- 2 C almond flour
- ½ C arrowroot flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ C butter
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ½ C coconut sugar
- 1 egg, whisked
- 1/3 C chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Place the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined
- Melt the butter and add to a separate bowl with egg and vanilla extract and gently mix together with a fork
- Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients and fold with a spatula until well combined and batter forms
- Fold in the chocolate chips
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and evenly scoop the batter into small dollops
- Gently spread them with a fork to ensure you get a thinner cookie, they will spread more as they cook
- Bake for 22 minutes, let cool on a cooling rack and enjoy!
