Discover the Ultimate Adventure During 100 Days of Camping

100 days of Camping

We’ve done the math and we’ve done the camping – no matter how you split up the camping adventures this summer, there are 100 days of camping between Memorial Day and Labor Day.  Some people may be lucky enough to be able to spend these 100 days camping non-stop, traveling from campground to campground, enjoying various amenities and activities, and exploring local attractions such as beaches, trails, and sights. But if that’s not on this summer’s schedule, you’re still lucky because quick getaways and long weekends seaspent camping can be enjoyed over the 100 days of camping.

If you want to string together a long camping trip, consider exploring the Oregon coast and staying with us as you go. From north to south, our campgrounds include Thousand Trails Pacific City, Thousand Trails Seaside, Thousand Trails South Jetty, and Thousand Trails Whalers Rest. A California Coast trip would include stays at Thousand Trails Pio Pico, Thousand Trails Rancho Oso, San Francisco RV Resort and Thousand Trails Soledad Canyon.

You can camp in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Hampshire, and New York. Southern options include Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia.

Take in a state or national park – stay at Thousand Trails Yosemite Lakes to enjoy Yosemite National Park; or one of three Bar Harbor resorts to explore Acadia National Park. If you want to try the Everglades – Encore Miami Everglades is the camping spot.

Visit MLB ballparks – home field for the Boston Red Sox, Cincinnati Reds, Los Angeles Dodgers, Miami Marlins, San Diego Padres, and Seattle Mariners are just a few of the ballparks near our campgrounds. Want to taste some wine? Pair an Oregon campground with the wines of the Willamette Valley or classic wine country in Sonoma and a stay at Thousand Trails Russian River.
