Ingredients
- ½ tsp + ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp white pepper
- 2 tsp agave syrup
- 1/8 tsp paprika
- pinch of Himalayan sea salt
- 1 ½ lemons, juiced
- 2 lbs boneless chicken thighs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°
- Mix together the lemon juice and spices
- Place chicken in a bag or tupperware and pour the lemon spice mixture over the chicken and shake until well coated
- Turn stovetop to high heat and evenly spread the chicken in a large cast iron skillet (if you don’t have a cast iron skillet you could grill them, just skip step 5)
- Drizzle the remaining juices on top of the chicken
- Cook for 5 minutes on each side
- Move the skillet into the oven and bake, uncovered for 15 minutes
- Remove and serve!
