Chili Dogs

Ingredients:

8 Hot Dogs

8 Hot Dog Buns

1 red onion, chopped

2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

1 28 ounce can of chili

Instructions:

Grill the hot dogs over medium-high heat for 6-9 minutes or until nicely charred. While hot dogs are grilling, heat the chili in a small pot over medium heat. When hot dogs are done, place on a platter while you toast the buns on the grill for about 20-30 seconds. Place the hot dog in the bun, top with chili, shredded cheese and chopped onion.

Smash Burgers

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

½ medium onion

1 cup shredded cheese

1 tablespoon garlic powder

Favorite toppings (can include mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickles)

Instructions:

Shred the cheese and dice the onion. Mix the ground beef with onion, cheese and garlic powder. Form into 6 balls. Smash each ball between parchment paper to form a flat burger. Grill each burger on each side (about 3-4 minutes) until crispy. Place each burger on a bun and add your favorite toppings.
