Nuts and Seeds Trail Mix (yields 5 cups)

 Ingredients

1 cup salted pumpkin seed or pepitas

1 cup unblanched almonds

1 cup unsalted sunflower kernels

1 cup walnut halves

1 cup dried apricots

1 up dark chocolate chips

Instructions

Place all ingredients in individual mini mason jars to zip top plastic bags and shake to mix evenly.

Walking Taco

(recipe from allrecipes.com)

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 1-ounce package taco seasoning mix

6 packages (1.75 ounce) of nacho chips or corn chips

1 package (8-ounce) taco cheese blend

2 tomatoes, diced

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 container sour cream (8-ounce)

Instructions

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook ground beef until browned and crumbly, about 5-10 minutes. Drain and discard grease. Mix in taco seasoning well. Crush chips in closed bags and then open the bag and carefully spoon in seasoned beef. Cover beef and crushed chips with cheese, tomatoes, lettuce and sour cream. Stir or shake (closed top) to blend and eat from the bag with a fork.
