Dutch Oven Cranberry Apple Dump Cake

Ingredients:
1 bag of fresh cranberries
3-4 Granny Smith apples
Lemon juice
1 cup sugar
⅔ cup apple juice
1 yellow cake mix
1 cup butter
Instructions:
Prepare the charcoal for the Dutch oven and while it is heating up, chop the apples and the butter. Mix the apples, cranberries, squirt of lemon juice and apple juice in a bowl. Line the Dutch oven with a liner. Put the apple cranberry mixture into the Dutch oven. Sprinkle the yellow cake mix over the top. Layer the sliced butter over the cake mix. Place the lid on the Dutch oven and put about 12 charcoal briquettes on the lid. Bake for 35-50 minutes.
Kielbasa and Cabbage Skillet

Ingredients:
2 apples
1 head of cabbage
2 packages of kielbasa
2 tablespoons olive oil
2-3 garlic cloves
1 small onion
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Chop the cabbage into 1–2-inch pieces. Cut the apple into small thin slices. Cut sausage into small slices. Cut onion into small pieces. Mince garlic. In a large cast-iron skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat on a stove or over a campfire. Add the garlic and onion. Stir until garlic starts to brown. Add the apple slices to the skillet and stir for 3-5 minutes. Add the cabbage and stir for 3-5 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. After the apple and cabbage have softened, add in the sausage. Stir until sausage is heated through. Add the Dijon mustard and stir for 1-2 minutes.
