Granola & Yogurt Bowl (1 serving)

Ingredients
½ cup plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup blueberries
¼ cup raspberries
½ cup cantaloupe
½ tablespoon pumpkin seeds
½ tablespoon sliced almonds
½ tablespoon coconut shavings
¼ cup granola
Instructions
Place the yogurt in bowl. Add the washed fruit and top with seeds, nuts, shaved coconut, and granola.
Bacon, Egg and Avocado Sandwich (1 serving)

Ingredients
2 slices of bacon, cut in half
2 slices of bread
1 egg
1 avocado
Salt & Pepper
Instructions:
Set a cast iron skillet over the campfire or camp stove. Place the bacon in the skillet and cook over medium-low heat, flipping occasionally until crispy. Remove bacon from pan and place on paper towel-line plate.
Toast/fry the bread in the skillet by flipping after a minute making sure both sides are browned. Remove and set aside.
Fry egg in skillet, adding more fat if needed to cook. Cook egg to your taste.
Slice avocado in half, remove pit and mash.
Assemble sandwich by spreading mashed avocado on both sides of toasted bread, then layer bacon and the egg, season with salt and pepper.
