Repairing the roof on your RV is essential for taking care of and upgrading an important part of your rig. If you ever discover a leak coming from the ceiling during your semi-annual RV inspection, you might have a torn membrane or separated joint on your roof. 
In this quick video, RV Inspection Specialist, Carol Jackson demonstrates step by step how to repair small patches on your own. For this example repair, Carol uses sealing tape, a metal roller, denatured alcohol, and self-leveling sealant. She recommends that before you press the patch in place, make sure the area is dry.
