Ingredients
- 1 1 lb thin sliced chicken breasts
- 1 egg whisked
- ½ C almond meal
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp red pepper flakes
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp garlic powder
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400° and line a small baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
- Mix the almond meal and spices together in a small bowl.
- Whisk egg in a separate bowl.
- Slice the raw chicken breasts into small bite sized pieces.
- Dip the chicken into the egg and then coat with spice mixture, placing on the baking sheet.
- Bake the bites for 10 minutes, flip and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes.
- Remove and serve alongside marinara or other sauce for dipping!
