Ingredients
- 1/3 C almond flour
- 1/3 C tapioca flour
- 1/3 C coconut flour
- ½ C milk
- ¼ C coconut sugar
- 3 eggs, whisked
- 2 bananas, mashed
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ C chopped walnuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- In a large bowl mix together dry ingredients (flours, coconut sugar, sea salt, baking soda).
- In a small bowl mix together milk, eggs and vanilla extract.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until batter forms.
- Fold in the walnuts.
- Pour into lined muffin tins and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove and serve with a dab of grass fed butter or ghee!
