Ingredients
For the Dressing:
- 1 C Cilantro
- ¼ C Olive oil
- 2 Tbsp Sesame oil
- 1/2 Lime, juiced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ¼ tsp Cumin
- ¼ tsp Salt
For the Kabobs:
- 1 lb chicken tenders, diced into cubes
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into thick slices
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into thick slices
- 1/2 red onion, cut into thick slices
Directions
- Place the ingredients for the dressing in a food processor and blend until a smooth sauce forms
- Layer the kabobs, alternating between chicken, peppers, and onions leaving a little bit of space between each for even cooking
- Drizzle the cilantro lime sauce evenly on top of the skewers
- Grill on medium heat, flipping when browned on each side
