Ingredients
- 1 C grass-fed whole milk Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp finely shredded cucumbers, drained (about ½ a cucumber)
- 3 Tbsp fresh dill
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice (about ½ lemon)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Directions
- Shred the cucumber, then wrap it into a paper towel and squeeze to drain
- Add cucumber and all remaining ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir until well combined
