Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 head of iceberg lettuce
- ½ cucumber, sliced
- 3 Tbsp tzatziki sauce
- 4 gluten free burger buns
Directions
- Mold the ground lamb into 4 oz patties
- Cook the patties on the grill or stovetop on medium/low heat
- While the patties are cook prepare tzatziki sauce and slice vegetables
- Stack the patty on bottom bun, then add the lettuce, tomato, and cucumber and top with tzatziki sauce.
- Place top bun on the burger and enjoy! This would taste great with sweet potato fries!
