Ingredients
- 1 ½ C of pine nuts
- ⅓ C +2 Tbsp of olive oil (add a little more if you like a smoother sauce)
- 2 Cloves minced garlic
- ¼ tsp of salt
- ¼ tsp of pepper
- 1 ½ C of basil leaves- stems removed
Directions
- Place pine nuts in a food processor and puree until they become much smaller chunks, similar to a meal
- Add remaining ingredients and puree until desired consistency is reached
