The festival will screen 190 movies from over 70 different countries, plus, there will be events galore. Palm Springs has a history of being an escape for Hollywood’s elite. Also upcoming in February in Palm Springs is the Palm Springs Art Festival, taking place from February 16-19 at the Palm Springs Convention Center, which is located just 20 minutes from the Palm Springs Oasis RV Resort (Encore) and about 30 minutes from the Palm Springs RV Campground (Thousand Trails). The festival is in its sixth year and coincides with Palm Springs Modernism Week. There will be an opening night reception on February 15 and visitors will be able to browse art, purchase, and interact with artist throughout the festival.
